Yes, July is hot! What better way to beat the heat than to come out to Lawrence, Kansas, on Sunday, July 2, 2017, and ride the Lizard Under the Skillet. 30, 40, and 62 (metric century) mile options available to ride. All routes are on paved roads.

Sunflower Outdoor and Bike Shop will staff the Super SAG.
Cycle Works will provide sizzling mechanical support.
The fee is $25 for early registration and $30 for registrations mailed after June 17 or received the day of the ride. The fee includes rest stops and SAG service.
Early Packet Pickup
Riders may check-in or register the day before the ride on Saturday, July 1st, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Cycle Works.
Registration, the ride start, and the ride end are at Broken Arrow Park.

There is no mass start; riders may begin the course any time between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. The Lawrence Bicycle Club will provide SAG stops on all three routes. The route maps will identify rest room facilities near those SAG stops without port-a-potties. The course closes at 3 p.m..
Riders who have not reached the intersection of highway 56 and county 1061 by 11 a.m. will be diverted onto the 40 mile route.
Socks by Save our Soles will be available for an additional $7.50 a pair. Riders have the choice of 3″ or 5″ cuffs.
