Jennifer and Debbie will check in registrants, give them their envelope with wrist band and food voucher and give out T-shirts. Marty will hand out Jersey Kits.

Stop by Broken Arrow and pick up vest, sign. Ensure riders stop and check traffic before crossing US59 Hwy. Coordinate with HAM person at the same location.

Stop by Broken Arrow and pick up vest, sign. Inform riders attempting to turn South on Colorado road after approximately noon (precise time to be determined) that the 80-mile course is closed, and they must finish on the 64 mile course.
